Co-Lead, Youth Engagement Framework - ReachOut Australia

Since July 2025, I have been serving as Co-Lead for ReachOut Australia in the development of the organisation's first-ever Youth Engagement Framework. ReachOut is one of Australia's largest national mental health support services, and this framework marks a real milestone, bringing together all areas of the organisation around a shared set of principles for safe, meaningful, and impactful youth engagement. My role centres on listening. Bringing together diverse voices, from staff to, most importantly, young people themselves, to shape something that authentically reflects the realities of youth engagement across Australia. It is slow, careful work.
